IML and its staff are without question, the most knowledgeable and helpful service industry professionals I've ever worked with. Their company sets the example for all others within the industry. Having worked with them on several occasions over the past few years, I have yet to be disappointed. The level of service we receive as a small utility contractor, is what you'd expect an international corp. to receive. IML has earned a life-long customer and proponent.

I have been using drill resistance devices for over 15 years. In my field of work I am assessing the condition of wooden timbers in historical bridges, old warehouses, old mill buildings, marine pilings, and even utility poles. I recently upgraded to the IML PD300 and I am very happy. The drill is very similar to the prior generation of drills which used graph paper. The newer versions are operated using software and all the graphs are easily downloaded onto my computer and can be included into my technical reports as PDF's. The drill itself operates at a faster speed than the prior generations giving me the ability to collect more data during an inspection. This is a very effective non-destructive tool for assessing wooden timbers, pilings and poles. - Matt Anderson, Wood Science Consulting.
